Thanks for visiting Jade Mandolins! (and Fiddles!)
We are happy to present our instruments and the story of Jade Mandolins. Jades are hand made in my small shop in Guangdong Province in south China. Production is limited to a few instruments per month. Jades are changing opinions about Chinese-made mandolins and opening eyes and ears to what is possible when skill, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are allowed to be expressed by our talented luthiers. Now, I am offering a few fiddles that I have hand selected for quality of construction and tone. These come from four small violin workshops where they are hand made with care and pride.
